A fun, walkable round played in the blistering heat. If I can walk it today I can walk it any day. I played from the blue/gold tees today and if driving it well then that is ok but a more relaxed round might be played from the blues. Greens super slow, had half-dozen putts straight in the heart that stopped inches short.
Holes that made an impression are the par 5 17th with the bunkers splitting the fairway on approach, and the brutal par 4 15th with water all down the left.
Notes:
- 10 - dead straight 5 wood just runs through fairway. If you fade it no problem.
- 13 - need to be on the left side fairway, if so it’s reachable
- 15 is a beast of a par 4, and the further right the longer it gets
- 17 - bunkers split the fairway on the second shot. Right good for right pin / left good for left pin on this huge green.
